Quality Microgreens, Mushrooms, and Produce
Our microgreens, shoots, and lettuce are grown in greenhouses using only natural sunlight, creating a healthier and more flavorful product than indoor grown alternatives. By following organic practices and strict environmental controls, we can produce microgreens and shoots with no pesticides of any kind used ever, so they’re safe to eat right from the package. Our lettuce and mushrooms are also grown with the same strict standards. However, the occasional use of organically certified insect and fungus controls is needed. For this reason, we recommend a cold water rinse before consuming.
We make food safe to eat our priority. All product packaging is done in a commercial kitchen compliant packing room, following GAP guidelines. All employees are food safety trained and certified, and management is also USDA GAP (good agricultural practices) certified.
